My family love this chapati made of potatoes, we can make in various method, but this recipe is unique and the boiled potatoes are directly mixed to the wheat dough and thus making an healthy roti recipe.
it does any favorite curry and can be eaten as it is. lastly, the same recipe can be extended by adding other boiled and mashed veggies to the wheat dough..

How to make Aloo roti Recipe in tamil

Firstly Boiled 3 potatoes then peel the skin

Grate the potatoes using Grater

Add Required salt

Add Wheat Flour , in a large bowl take all the ingredients and knead to a smooth and soft dough.

pinch a ball sized dough and flatten slightly.

Dust the wheat flour then roll it like a chapati.

Heat the tawa then place the chapati the cook for a minute.

Both sides are cooked properly then remove from the tawa.

Finally serve with any veg or non veg side dishes
Note
- pressure cook aloo well, else it will be difficult to knead the dough.
- This chapati recipe tastes great when served hot.
