It is a famous Indian street food. This recipe is popular in many tourist places especially in hill station. It is a deep-fried snack/fritter prepared mainly with stuffed potato. these deep-fried snacks are stuffed with spiced potatoes served with hot spicy chutneys. Bread pakora or bread bajji are made with a spiced batter of gram flour, spices and salt. You can make this recipe with onion-tomato curry without potatoes.

How to make Bread Pakora Recipe / Bread Bajji

In a large bowel add red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and cumin powder.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and chat masala.

Add Black salt, Amchur powder and table salt. Mix well.

Heat the pan with oil and add dry masala powder mix.

Sauté for few seconds in low flame.

Add ginger garlic paste, sauté until raw smell goes off.

Add chopped onions and green chilies.

Now add boiled and smashed potatoes.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Cook them for 2 mins in medium flame.

Masala stuffing is ready, transfer in to plate and allow to cool down.

In a wide pan add Besan flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder.

Add table salt, chat masala and mix well.

Add enough water and mix without any lumps.

Finally add baking soda and mix well.

Keep aside this batter should be in bajji mix consistency.

Stuff the bread with potato masala.

Cut in triangle shape.

Heat a pan with oil for frying.

Dip the stuffed bread in baji mix then fry it in hot oil.

Fry in medium flame until both the sides of bread turn golden color.

Finally stuffed bread pakora is ready to munch.
