Vengaya kosu is a spicy, tangy and tasty gravy that is popular in chettinad Cuisine. I like to have this chettinad Vengaya kosu to be medium thick not runny or too thick. Chettinad Vengaya Kosu is a mild kurma made primarily with onions and potatoes flavored with coconut and fennel. Serve Chettinad Vengaya Kosu Recipe with Idli, Dosa, Ven Pongal and Onion Rava Dosa Recipe.
