Bread chili or Masala Bread is a simple, tasty, and flavorful dish adapted from other Indo-Chinese chili recipes. Heat a pan with oil.

Add bread slices and toast till both sides of bread turns crispy.

Heat a pan with oil.

Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutters.

Add grated garlic and ginger.

Add slitted green chilies and red chilies. Sauté for 1-2mins.

Add finely chopped onions sauté until raw smell goes off.

Add roughly chopped tomatoes.

Sauté until it turns soft and mushy.

Add chopped capsicum mix well.

Add red chilli powder, Kashmiri chili powder sauté well.

Add salt and Tomato Sause and sauté well.

Now add roasted bread pieces. Mix gently in low flame.

Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.

Hot Bread chili is ready to serve with hot coffee for one evening snack.
