Description
Spicy egg masala gravy is a great side dish with Biryani , Chapati , naan & pulao .This is very simple recipe to you can variations to suit you taste like spices & herbs.

INSTRUCTIONS

First boil the egg for 7 minutes. once it boiled keep the egg in cold water for 4 minutes. Then remove the shell & pierce the egg with fork Or you can slit with Knife too.

Next to prepare the coconut paste. For add all ingredients under the "To prepare coconut paste'. Blend with fine paste using little water.

Heat the kadai with oil. Once the oil is hot add all tempering ingredients under the list 'To temper"

Now add chopped onion , curry leaves & add little salt .Sauté the onion until turns light golden color.

Add turmeric powder & Kashmiri red chili powder. Sauté for few minutes.

Add Ginger garlic paste, sauté until raw smell goes off.

Now add chopped tomato ,Sauté until tomato cooked will.

In this stage add kulambu powder then sauté until raw smell goes off also oil separates.

Now add required water & salt mix it well. Cook another 3-5 minutes in medium flame.

After 5 minutes add coconut paste , boiled egg & garam masala powder. Then cover & cook another 3-4 minutes.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves then switch off the flame.
