Chettinad vara milagai chutney recipe a great side dish for Idli, dosa and paniyaram. We at home call it Kara chutney because its is that spicy.. we make two versions of this spicy chutney one includes tomato which is kind of mild and the other one is with chilies and garlic. Today we are going to prepare with tomato. The tamarind and the sesame oil balances the spiciness of the chutney. If you are a spice lover do try this chutney and I am sure you will love it. This chutney is the perfect combo chettinad masala siyam ,vellai Paniyaram & Kara Kuzhi Paniyaram ,it goes well with many other dishes as well.
