Godhuma Rava Dosa or Wheat Rava Dosa in an instant dosa that you can make without any grinding or fermenting. I absolutely love this dosa because it is lacy, crispy and reminds me of Rava Dosa. wheat dosa is very similar to the popular Rava dosa recipe which has the same texture and crisp level. in Rava dosa, Maida or all purpose flour is added as base and in wheat dosa wheat plays the major role. both recipe tastes great and ideal for weekend breakfast. This is popular and instant wheat dosa recipe is prepared with rice flour and Rava / semolina wheat dosa tastes great when served hot with coconut chutney or peanut chutney and does not require any additional sambar recipe.
Broken wheat is mixed with wheat flour and rice flour along with green chili, ginger, curry leaves, cumin and pepper. All are then mixed and made into batter. The dosa batter which we are going to make should be thin like a buttermilk and hence we need to cook the dosa only on one side with just half a spoon of oil. Cooking in low flame to get crispier dosa takes little more time than the normal dosa.
