Spicy Onion masala curry is a simple & basic curry also prepare faster too. Serve this onion curry with roti verities & pulao verities recipes also with plain rice too . if you run out of vegetables we can prepare the gravy very easy.
Instead of baby onion we can use paneer , cauli flower or any other vegetables too .

First peel & wash the onion.

Slightly slit all onions marking x in center.

In bender add garlic , Ginger & green chili. Blend coarsely with out water.

Now add chopped tomato bend them like a fine paste.

Heat the pan with oil. Once the oil is hot add kalonji seeds & cumin seeds. Wait until splutter.

Add chopped onion . Sauté it until turns golden color.

Now add tomato masala paste . Sauté it until raw smell goes off.

While sauté add turmeric powder , red chili powder, coriander powder , Kashmiri red chili powder , cumin powder & kitchen king masala powder. Sauté until raw smell goes.

Now add thick curd & required salt. Sauté until oil separates.

In this stage add besan flour , Sauté in medium flame Until raw smell goes as well as oil separates(consistency like a thick masala paste).

Now add required water & kasuri meethi leaves. Mix it well.

Now add baby onion ,Mix it well. Cover & cook in medium flame until onion cook well as well as oil separates.

Finally add butter & sugar, Switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .

Yummy spicy baby onion curry is ready to serve.
