Quiet quitting is a rising trend in which employees are avoiding the hustle culture mentality by doing just enough at work and leaving on time, leading to a decline in job satisfaction. This phenomenon is linked to the search for meaning and a more balanced work-life, and has been inspired by the Chinese trend of #TangPing, or lying flat.
