Wheat dosa is a quick and easy dosa variety made with whole wheat flour, rava, onions, herbs and spices. It is also called as Godhuma Dosa or Atta Dosa. GODHUMAI ADAI, WHEAT FLOUR ADAI RECIPE

To prepare wheat dosa batter, in a mixie jar add green chillies.

Add chopped ginger.

Grind them to make rough coarse mix.

Add salt to this batter.

Add homemade or store-bought wheat flour.

Add butter milk and water.
-
Grind them all to make dosa batter consistency.

Add rava / sooji.
-
Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

To tempering the wheat dosa batter, heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion and add salt to this onion.

Add turmeric powder and cumin seeds.
-
Add chopped tomato without seeds and curry leaves.
-
Sauté in medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves.
-
Add grated coconut.
-
Keep aside and allow to cool down.

Add sauteed onion and coconut mix and mix well.

Add asafoetida powder.
-
Ada dosa batter is now ready.

Prepare adai dosa in hot dosa tawa.

Sprinkle oil.

Cook in medium flame flip once bottom side cooked well.

Once dosa reach golden brown take it out from tawa.
