First prepare the masala paste for that take a Blender jar.

Add Onion, tomato, coconut, cashew nus, poppy seeds, Green chilies, Ginger , Garlic and fennel seeds.

Now grind it like a fine paste using little water

Heat the kadai with Oil.

Tempering with cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, fennel seeds & curry leaves.

Once everything is splutters add chopped onion, sauté until it turs transparent.

Once onion is cooked well add tomatoes also add required salt, sauté it until its mushy

Now add turmeric powder, chili powder & coriander powder.

Sauté it in medium flame until raw smell goes off.

Once raw smell goes add grounded masala paste with 5-6 cup water.

Cook the kurma about 8-10 minibus in medium flame until onion ginger garlic raw smell goes off.

After 10 minutes add chopped coriander leaves then switch off the flame.

- Adjust green chili & chili powder on you chili taste.
- instead of raw onion tomato masala you can sauté well then make a masala paste ,that taste also good.
- you can skip the poppy seeds the kurma taste will be good.
