How to make Crab Masala Recipe

First clean the crab using turmeric powder & Natural sea rock salt.

Now prepare fresh masala For that in a mixie jar add all items given in the list for 'To prepare fresh masala'

Grind like a coarse paste.

Next prepare the coconut paste for that in a Blender jar add all items given in the list for 'To prepare coconut paste'

Grind it le a fine paste.

Heat the pan with oil.

Once the oil is hot tempering with items given in the list for 'To temper'. Wait until splutter.

Now add garlic, small onion & big onion.

Sauté it until turns golden color in medium flame.

Add ginger garlic paste ,Sauté it until raw smell goes off.

Now add Grinded fresh masala paste then, Sauté it until raw smell goes off.

While sauté add turmeric powder.

Now add required salt .

Once the masala cooked well also oil separates add tomato.

sauté tomato until soft. while sauté add 1 green chili.

Once the tomato cooked well add red chili powder & coriander powder.

Fry the masala powder really well until the leaves oil.

Now add garam masala powder .Mix it well.

Add water mix it well.

cook in medium flame until masala leaves oil.

once the oil separates add coconut paste with required water. Check for salt and add if needed.

masala start to boil add crab mix it well.

cook further for another 10 to 15 minutes until the crab cooks thoroughly.

As you cook, the masala thickens to a semi solid.

Switch off and garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves.
