Heat the wide pan with oil.

Before oil get hot add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.

Oil gets slightly hot, add cube sized paneer.

Toss in an oil for 2 minutes without damaging the shape of the paneer.

Remove all paneer from the pan without oil.

Continue recipe with the same oil in the pan.

Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.

Add finely chopped onion toss in a low flame till cooked well.

Add butter and allow to onion cooked well.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes off.

Add red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Add dry roasted cumin powder.

Sauté all spices in oil until raw smell goes off.

Add tomato puree and toss well.

Now add garam masala powder and salt and sauté until oil get separated from gravy.

Add hot water to reach required consistency.

Allow to boil for 3 minutes.

Grind 15 whole cashews with little water to make fine paste and add in to the gravy. Mix well.

Gravy gets thickened. Add water to make little thin gravy.

Allow to boil for a minute.

Now add dried and crushed Kasturi methi leaves.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Add roasted paneer cubes.

On a low flame cook covered for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
