Pepper curry is a beloved dish that is enjoyed in many parts of the world. This curry gets its name from the black pepper, which is a key ingredient that adds a distinctive flavor to the dish. Black pepper is a staple ingredient in many cuisines and is known for its medicinal properties, including its ability to improve digestion and reduce inflammation.
I have an amazing recipe that I would love to share with you – Milagu Kuzhambu! This spicy and flavorful dish is perfect for the winter season and can also be a great option for travel food, as it can last for weeks without getting spoiled.
The key ingredient in this recipe is black pepper, which has been shown to have impressive antioxidant and antibacterial effects, making it a great addition to any diet. Black pepper can also help promote digestive health by stimulating the taste buds, sending a signal to the stomach to increase hydrochloric acid secretion. This is necessary for proper digestion of proteins and other food components in the stomach.
Additionally, the outer layer of the peppercorn can stimulate the breakdown of fat cells, which can help keep you slim and provide you with energy to burn. This makes black pepper a great seasoning option for those looking to maintain a healthy weight.
Milagu Kuzhambu is a dish that not only tastes delicious but also provides a range of health benefits. So why not give this recipe a try and experience the amazing flavor and health benefits of black pepper for yourself?

Pepper Curry Recipe | Milagu Kulambu Recipe | Gomathi Kitchen
Description
The beauty of this kulambu is, it does not require any veggies , so there is no chopping work. If you are a working woman, just grind the spices in bulk, then mix the spice powder in tamarind water, give a boil and season it, that’s all the gravy will be done within 10 minutes. I mostly prepare this pepper kulambu like a paste, as sold in Grand Sweets and store it in the refrigerator, which stays good for 1 month, it is a very useful one for bachelors and people who are constantly travelling. I have tried this authentic Milagu Kulambu Recipe with their cold-pressed sesame oil and it really turned out so lip-smacking and I felt the aroma retained in my hands for a long time.
