How to make white kurma recipe

In a pressure cooker add all vegetable with water.

Pressure cook about 5 minutes in medium flame.

Next heat the pan with oil.

Then add green chilies, fennel seeds, cashew nuts & grated coconut.

Sauté 5 minutes in medium flame ,the coconut color should not change.

Once its cool down grind like a fine paste using 1/2 cup water.

Heat the pan with oil.

Add 3 clove,1 cinnamon stick, wait until sputter. Add curry leaves.

Add cooked vegetables, bring to boil.

Add coconut masala paste with required water.

Add Salt & mix it well.

Cook about 5 minutes in medium flame .

Finally add curry leaves then switch off the flame.

Yummy white kurma is ready to serve.
