Murungakkai masala recipe| Drumstick masala, recipe with step-by-step pictures, popular South Indian dry curry using drumstick pairs up well with plain rice, sambar rice and rasam. The flower, the leaves and the whole vegetable is edible. When you cook the whole vegetable by boiling in a curry, it remains particularly high in vitamin C. And also, it is a good source of potassium, dietary fiber and magnesium. The leaves can be used like any other green leaves (like spinach). usually in season times, we prefer sambar and sometimes it is added in aviyal too. This drumstick masala is another option. This is not only easy to make but flavourful too with the masalas blended with drumsticks and now this has become my keeper recipe for drumsticks. It goes well with sambar or any kuzhambu. Let’s see how to make this easy drumstick masala recipe.
