Add oil in a pan.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt before oil gets hot.

Add pre-boiled eggs.

Roast in medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Once all gets cool down make a cut in to two pieces.

In the same hot oil add curry leaves and green chilli.

Add chopped onion and sauté until turn golden colour.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell goes off.

Add chopped tomato and sauté until it become mushy.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds powder and cumin powder.

Sauté in medium flame until spices raw smell goes off and gravy get thickens.

Add garam masala powder and black pepper powder and sauté for a minute.

Add ½ cup of water and mix well.

Add salt to this gravy.

Sauté in medium flame until oil get start to separate. Add little water to reach required consistency.

Place all cut egg pieces, mainly yolk part facing upward position.

Spread all masala gravy on the yolk.

Flip to the other side once its roasted enough.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
