How to make Garlic Chutney Recipe

Heat the pan with oil,add onion & Garlic,saute them in medium flame until cooked well.

Add Tamarind & red chilies ,saute it about 3-4 minitues.

Add required salt and mix it well.

Once its cooled down, blend to smooth paste adding water as required.

For seasoning heat the pan with oil and splutter mustard, urad dal and few curry leaves.

Add seasoning to the chytney,enjoy poondu chutney or garlic chutney with idli & Dosa.
