These kozhukattai are soft and perfect for breakfast or snacks. Upma kozhukattai is an easy and quick to make savoury upma prepared with a broken raw rice/ Idli rava and lots of onions. Traditionally they soak rice and then prepare Kara kozhukattai. I am sharing instant one with readymade idli rava. Little grated coconut can be added while mixing rice rava to add to its taste. You can serve with three types of “hotel style chutney”.
