  1. In a blender take tomatoes , dried red Chilli and cumin seeds ,blend to smooth paste without adding any water.

  2. Transfer the tomato masala paste into large mixing bowl.

  3. now add Rava, rice flour wheat flour & salt.

  4. Then  add a cup water and chopped curry leaves mix well with out any lumps.

  5. Allow to rest for 15 minutes or until Rava absorbs water.

  6. After 15 minutes the batter is thick so add 1 cup water and mix well.

  7. Prepare a watery consistency batter like Rava dosa batter.

  8. Add black pepper mix it well.

  9. Heat the dosa tawa sprinkle chopped onion chopped cashew nuts & coriander leaves, now carefully pour the dosa batter over very hot tawa.

  10. Spread a tsp of oil uniformly. lower the flame and cook until the dosa turns golden and crisp.

  11. finally, fold the dosa

  12. Serve tomato dosa immediately with  any chutney.

Note

  • prepare a flowing consistency batter else the dosa will not be crisp.
  • This Dosa tastes great when served hot and crispy.
