Mochakottai Kuzhambu Recipe is a mildly spicy, little tangy and flavorful gravy which tastes too good with plain rice. I prepare this kulambu with brinjal or drumstick if you want to add more veggies to your diet. I prepared it for lunch and had for Dinner or breakfast with Idli and the next day morning with Dosa. The taste was so yummy the next day and I liked it with Dosa much .Also, I have shared this kulambu with step by step pics.

Since mochai is known for it’s gastric properties, you may experience some gastric trouble. So it is important to add lots of garlic along. But if you want the no onion no garlic way, you can skip those and add ¼ teaspoon of asafetida while tempering and a pinch while cooking mochai.
