First heat a thick bottomed pan. Keep the flame to low or medium and add the raw peanuts. Stirring at intervals begin to roast the peanuts. Roast till the peanuts become crunchy. When the peanuts come at room temperature, rub the peanuts between your palms, so that their skin peels off. Do this with all the peanuts.

In the same pan roast the sesame seeds in medium flame until all sesame seeds splutters. Once the sesame seeds roast well keep aside the plate.

Now roast the ragi / kelvaragu mavu in low medium flame until get nice aroma (make sure the color should not change). Also roast the flout little by little.

Once the roasted ragi flour cool down add little salt , Mix it well. Then add required water kneed the dough like soft chapati dough ( Not to thick or not too sticky).

Heat the dosa tawa ,In a banana leaf or a butter paper, grease and flatten the ragi adai.Than transfer the adai to it by carefully inverting the paper over the tawa and peeling the paper off.

Add the required oil or ghee. Cook in medium flame covered with a lid for one or two minutes. Flip and cook for one more minute.

Cook the ragi adai like this. Repeat the all adai dough like this.

Once the adai cool down cut it like small pieces.

Now blend the ragi adai pieces like fine powder with out water. The texture like a Puttu .

In a same blender jar add little blend ragi adai podi with roaster peanuts , roasted sesame seeds & cardamom powder.

Now blend like a little coarse powder.

Now add the peanut & sesame seeds mix it to the ragi adai flour, Mix it well

Now add 2 hand full of the ladoo mix with jaggery powder, Blend them for few minutes.

Now add the jaggery mix in to the ladoo mix , Mix it well .

Now take a small portion of the ladoo mixture in your palms and begin to shape it into simili ladoo.

Make ladoos with the rest of the mixture. I prepare 26 ladoo in this size . Store the ladoos in an air tight jar for 10 to 15 days out side.

Serve these healthy peanut ladoos plain as a sweet snack.
