Today I made this chutney for weekend snack urad dal black pepper bonda . We enjoy fall cold weather with the hot hot bonda, chutney also ginger tea .

INSTRUCTIONS

Add chopped onion & chopped tomato. in the blender.

Add Red chilis & Garlic cloves.

Add grated coconut & required salt.

Grind all ingredients like fine paste with out water.

For tempering heat pan with oil.

Add Mustard & urad dal. wait until splutters.

After splutters add curry leas & asafetida powder.

Last add red chilis .Sauté for a minute until urad dal turns golden and dried red chilies turn crisp.

Now add add chutney , sauté for few minutes in medium flame.

Now Yummy & spicy chutney is ready to serve.
