Take basmati rice, wash twice and soak about 15-20 minutes.

To cook rice, boil the water.

Add salt and little oil in to it and allow to boil.

Add soaked rice without any water and mix gently.

Cook till become long grain and not to mushy then drain the water completely.

Immediately transfer in to plate and allow to cool.

Heat oil in a wide pan.

Add finely chopped garlic and spring onion toss till turn slight golden.

Add finely sliced onion and green chillies toss for about 2 minutes.

Add chopped beans and cook for 2 minutes in medium to high flame.

Add chopped carrots, bell pepper and cabbage sauté till half cooked.

Add salt to the vegetables.

Add rice in low flame.

Add red chilli powder and chicken masala powder or garam masala powder.

Add white pepper powder.

Add white vinegar.

Add dark soy sauce.

Now stir rice and vegetables in high flame.

Finally garnish with chopped spring onion.

Note
- Don’t overcook the rice. When first boiling the rice, you want to cook the grains so that they’re al dente. Be sure to always drain and completely cool cooked rice before adding it to the stir fry. Wet and/or hot rice will not stir-fry properly, and will wind up with soggy fried rice.
- I used white pepper powder but black pepper powder can also be used.
- You can add your preferred choice and quantity of vegetables to your version of veg fried rice.
- Add a bit of tomato ketchup for a slightly sweet To make spicy veg fried rice, add some red chili sauce or green chili sauce along with the soy sauce.
- Soy Sauce contains salt, so be cautious while adding salt to the vegetables.
