How to make wheat rava kesari recipe

Heat the pressure cooker with ghee.

Add Wheat Rava roast for few minutes.

Once roasted like this add water.

Pressure cook about 2 whistle(4-7 minutes) in medium flame.

Once pressure release naturally open the cooker ,then transfer to the another wide pan.

Add Jaggery powder/nattu sakkarai, mix it well. Keep it in medium flame.

Stir for 2 minutes, the sugar would melt to get a creamy consistency.

Add pinch of salt & cardamom powder, mix it well.

Now add required ghee.

Add Fried cashew nuts & Dry grapes. Then switch off the flame.

Yummy & healthy wheat Rava Kesari is ready.
